Saffron was grown in England for many centuries & we have revived growing it in Sussex. We also grow other
heirloom vegetables, such as orach, edible flowers like our native violets & fruits like goji berries which have been grown in England since the 17th century.
We are certified as an organic producer of saffron, heirloom vegetables and edible flowers by the Soil Association.
